One of mine is getting noisy. Need to replace the bearings. I was thinking of getting another, doing the bearing replacement, and then keeping it on hand as a back up.

Anyone that has done bearing replacement have a recommendation on bearing type? Are the ceramic bearings worth the extra cost?

I used hybrid ceramic bearings used for racing rc engines bought them from acerracing.com

How long have you been running those bearings and are do they run quiet?

It runs very quiet. Wet side cracked so its back out LOL. I can't catch a break I guess.
