fish tank top recommendations.

alright so i have recently up dated my fish tank light in my aqua medic nano wave 9 GAL . I purchased the Kessil A80. and so far vary happy with it, but with updating the lights. i had to get rid of the top. and i am planing on getting some black egg crate to use as my aquarium top. i am wounding if using black egg crate instead of white will affect the quality of light for my coral. I am wounding if anyone had feedback on if black is okay. or if white is better. or if doesn't matter.

What he said! The clear netting and you can get the aluminum screen framing, plastic corners, and rubber spline at Home Depot or Lowe’s.

The clear netting is available from Bulk Reef. Not sure if you can get it any where else.

It's usually available from Aquatic Arts. That's where I've gotten the couple of times I needed it.

I have just about everything you’d need to make a screen top for your tank including the rails and mesh netting. You’d just need to get the 90’s for the rails for like 3 bucks at Home Depot message me if your interested
