I was researching mixing stations on line and found a pic of a mobile mixing station. This would help me with doing water changes in the library and have it out of the way and not in the classroom. What do you guys think?

I don't think I would even have the RODI on the cart like pictured. I would still wall mount it and just have a disconnect from the RO reservoir.

I already have the Brutes. I would just need the garden cart from Harbor Freight. They are rated to 1000 lbs. so I think they can handle the weight.

ya those things are pretty beefy and inexpensive. Should work great on the floors around there too. Although tires might leave black marks on the floor if its full and turning it around corners

Wheels on Brutes for me, too. Most of the time, I do not use the wheels and just carry the brutes, fill them up, mix and remove them a day or two later.

The wheels are not super stable with a full thing of water... you better have a hard-surface floor or low-pile carpet.

Typical school low pile carpet. In my class I use the brutes on wheels, but they are hard to drag across carpet. I am hoping the larger tires on this cart will work better. I would just like it to be out of sight when I am not using it.

We had one of those carts for a 600 pound welder. It can handle the load. The worst part is that the air in the tires does not stay - see if you can pay a bit more for solid tires, or just fill them up with that foam stuff. I do not imagine that you have a air compressor in your classroom.

I don't have a compressor, but I think there is one in the building.
