Since I know we have first-timers like myself, and some well-seasoned vets, it would be nice to hear what are some Do's and Dont's? Tips and tricks?

The first lesson I have heard is don't forget to bring a cooler/insulated container if you plan on purchasing coral.

Hit the atm bring plenty of cash! Come in knowing what your looking for and try and fight off impulse buys. I like to make rounds to all vendors before I decide what I want.

Ya, bring a cooler or something for bringing them home, but while at the show, just leave the frags with the vendors and pick up when you ready to leave. And yes, raffles FTW!!!

I saw ICP has a booth, anyone know if they do on site water analysis?

Someone else can correct me but I don’t believe so.

I’m pretty sure their equipment is stupid expensive and way too big to transport.

I wouldn’t be surprised if they would take samples on site and then email the results but can’t even guarantee that. Wouldn’t hurt to bring water along. Maybe a 20oz soda bottle worth and dump the excess. Might save a little time and shipping that way.

Nope, according to the Facebook page:

Wanna know what's in your water? ICP-Analysis will be at ReefStock testing water on-site with their ICP Machine! Bring in a sample of water in a clean container, or order your test kit online before the show.

@Cbp5280 (to help with your questions from other thread)
I have had corals shipped from FL that lasted in a styrofoam cooler and 1 hand warmer for over 12hrs. (WWC shipment)
