Setting up an ATO tank?

I am going to order a 20g Ace Roto tank for my ATO and am wondering what all I need to get for the tank its self (not the ATO pump and switches). Do you guys heat your ATO tank and if so, how do you have the heater in there? What about a circulation pump in it?

I'll be manually (via a portable pump) filling the ATO tank from my main RI/DO tank in the basement. I'll have the ATO tank on one side of a wall and pass the tubing through the wall and into my display tank stand/sump. Just want to try and order everything at once.

No heater, no circulation. The amounts are so small if you do it properly there is no need for either.
