Up until now I have had great luck with bulkheads not leaking. Now I have an acrylic tank and am replacing the bulkheads with new ones. Should I seal them in or just pressure tight?
Never seal a bulkhead with anything. If it is leaking, then the gasket is probably to blame (dirty, cracked, old, etc.) or the gasket is installed on the wrong site of the material (gasket goes on wet side).
