Had this guy for 3-4 years now. Weird thing is I came home to find one of his antennas in the mouth of BTA and the other in mouth of watchman goby. What do you think happened here? Did he die and then get consumed by BTA/watchman?

That is pretty long for a cleaner shrimp... they don't live forever. Max is about 4 years that I have ever heard of... and who knows how old they are when you got 'em.

I was thinking natural causes too. Everything else in the tank is doing well and it's stable. Thought it was weird though that the goby and BTA consumed it. Anyone ever heard of this type of fish or a BTA going after a live cleaner shrimp?

Watchman gobies can/will eat shrimp and fish small enough to fit in its mouth. BTAs usually don't ime but I wouldn't be surprised if the shrimp wasn't in great health.
