I have been seriously considering a wood tank as well when I finish my basement and do a large in wall build.

I met a guy in Loveland about 2 years ago that used 3 pieces of plywood. Two whole pieces for the bottom and back, two halves for the sides. He had roughly 14 yellow tangs schooling in it, it was freaking awesome
