Coral ID Please

I believe it's some kind of Monti, but cannot figure out what it is. It's a cell Pic, so it's over saturated with blue, but it has white wispy polyps, and a copper colored base. Mostly encrusting, but branches slowly. It almost looks like glass when the polyps a retracted.
