I have somthing like that. I think its in the Fungiidae family. I will post mine tomorrow and see if it is similar.

Its a Podabacia sp. or Lithophyllon sp. (more likely)

I believe it's a Lithophyllon Undulatum? Almost non existing in the hobby and extremely hard to find from what I have read.
