Two people in different countries are attempting to communicate with each other through the mail. However, any packages sent between them that are not locked will be searched and mostly likely confiscated. Each person has an unlimited supply of locks and keys, but neither has keys to the other's locks. How can one of them safely send a package to the other?

Going a little nerd for this one. Looking for either Zt or I of this circuit. Answer must be in phasor form. If no one gets it I will give the frag to the person that comes the closest. Good luck and please let me know if you have any questions.

The sender locks his package and sends it to other person. When that person receives the package, they put their lock on too and send it back to the sender. When the sender receives it, he removes his lock and send it back to the other person where they can then unlock it and open it.
