Ok guys we have selected and found a place to hold the December Frag Swap, below are the details. Please let myself and or one of the BOD know if you have any questions.

Where: Columbine High School Cafeteria 6201 South Pierce Street Littleton, CO 80123
When: Saturday December 1st, 2012
Time: 12:00pm to 4:30pm
*Vendors can setup starting at 10:30am and have until 5:30pm for tear down
Size: Each vendor will have a minimum space of at least 8'x8' (if not bigger) with power available.

******You will need to bring your own water, table and extension cords.

We will be doing some advertising for this as we get closer and will certainly add all premium and platinum sponsors to that.

No there will not be a Swap meet in December at the Ranch. We have decided to rotate years of the location being North and South. What this means is that next years (Dec 2013) will be up North somewhere, maybe even the Ranch. As far as I know we have also not held any events at a High School this year and the last swap that was at Highlands Ranch High School, was a DARC swap not a MASC swap. The hopes is that being a little more centrally located in a Denver Suburb, will allow and result in the Columbine event pulling a greater volume and hopefully higher spending crowd than the Ranch 40 mins North would normally pull.

Understand there will be a heavy push for attendance with this and there will be frequent updates and bumps to a Craigslist Ads posted in hopes to draw in masses of people within the hobby but are not yet associated with MASC, as well as maybe some converts and noobs.

We can also develop some fliers if we need, for those sponsors that have stores and want to advertise the event.

Anyone other than Ambrosio and Gonzo ready to commit/verify they want to attend the Dec frag swap, now that the time and place has been established?
