Just wanted to give members a heads up. I was reading about these frag racks in another group's post and thought I'd try out
the product. Not only did the owner not ship the product but couldn't find the tracking number, said it was lost somewhere in
his car. Suddenly a tracking number was located and it was for a delivery somewhere in California and obviously I'm in Colorado.
He offered to make it right and ship a replacement which he never did, I just wanted a rack
to use for frags. Luckily I don't buy online unless I can use paypal and it took a claim with paypal and a month to have my
money refunded. The owner of fragarack just said we'll see who wins and left it at that.
I just wanted to warn other members not to order from this website as customer service is not their number one priority.
