Get a blade with a lot o teeth!

I used a 190 tooth blade on my table saw. The more teeth, the smoother and nicer the cut.

Ok so two sides glued, decided to go 24x28 not sure how I'll place fuge skimmer return yet, any suggestions?

All most looks like a sump went w smoked acrylic for bottom and baffles

Ya had to replace one panel cause of bulk heads and wanted clean look on at least two sides. Used two end panels and will use rest for bracing and more diy acrylic stuff. It's fun!!

Ok so have two baffles in but made one bad cut and need to get another peice of acrylic. Anyone around Greeley have some blk egg create?

Looks good, I am going to be building one soon too. How long did you let it sit before doing the next side? Did you use a router on the ends to get a smooth edge? Did you use the Pin Method?
