I used a 190 tooth blade on my table saw. The more teeth, the smoother and nicer the cut.

Ya had to replace one panel cause of bulk heads and wanted clean look on at least two sides. Used two end panels and will use rest for bracing and more diy acrylic stuff. It's fun!!

Looks good, I am going to be building one soon too. How long did you let it sit before doing the next side? Did you use a router on the ends to get a smooth edge? Did you use the Pin Method?
