Help finding replacement ballast

If you want to replace it just find one with a 55v and 350mA output. The voltage does not matter that much as long as its above 51 (15 LED's x 3.4v Drop). I just checked and looks like I got rid of my extra drivers.

That driver you linked on ebay will probably work as I doubt each LED is dropping 3.4v. Do you know which LED's you have? You could always drop down to 14 LED's if you need to with that driver.

I'm still struggling to find a driver with the same specs... I am looking for a constant current rather than constant voltage driver, right? Do I have the option to use a dimmable driver?
Thanks for any info you might be able to share.

Yes. If you connect the lights in series (1 after the other) then you need to double the voltage output to 110v. If you link them in parallel (splitting between the two) then you need to double the amps.
