Hard to tell, some kind of a nudibrach

If they move, I'm not sure. If they don't move then it looks like a sponge of some sorts.

No movement usually tells me its a sponge or other filter feeding animal. Good for the sump/refuge.

I have had them in my overflows and sump before. I believe they were called pineapple sponges. They are a good sign that your tank is mature and healthy. Nothinh to worry about there.
