Lepto strands?

Is this normal for an orange lepto to be having strands of white on it? I've had one before but it didn't behave like this one is and I've only had this one for a week or so.

Ya they have sweeper tentacles like any other lps coral, although their method of feeding and extending the sweepers is a bit on the odd side. Generally though they extend them at night, so you dont always see them unless you are watching closely.

That's what I thought, with the 400w halide over it I didn't expect to see that at all! Thank you, guess I need to start feeding them with a turkey baster.
