Up for grab is a 2 polyp frag of Mohawk Zoas. To get it you must be able to pick up in Fort Collins and you must be the first to answer the question correctly. The question is:

If you have two children and at least one of them is a girl then what are the chances that the second one is a girl?

HINT: it is not as straight forward as it seems and order matters.

So the explanation is that if you have two kids and at least one is a girl then your possible combinations are (boy, girl)(girl, boy)and(girl, girl) so the answer is therefore 1/3.

no because you are looking for when you have 2 girls not a girl in the second position. so therefore there is only one (girl, girl) set so it is 1 out of 3.

I was confused with the question wording. I thought it was about the odds of the 2nd kid being a girl, not both kids being girls.
