Need data recovered on laptop harddrive

Anyone here on the forum any good at recovering data from a laptop hard drive. I had a comp crash and hoping I can get some pretty important pics off of it.

I could trade corals, cash and or both. Lmk if you can help me please.

How crashed is it? I have a few tools but if it is a complete hard drive failure then your best bet is to look into Ontrack data recovery. a little pricey but well worth it if there is no backup of the data.

Crashed enough comp doesn't start what's so ever. I tried one of these cables

in hopes of grabbing the files, but I either did it wrong or it didn't work. So.... Need to look elsewhere for a resolution.

when you hooked it up did it recognize the drive ?

No it didn't recognize it. Does that give you some further insite as to how bad it is?

I start my new job tomorrow, so no idea what time I will be getting out, but give me a call tomorrow night after 6 and I can walk you through a few things, maybe remote into your system and check it out

Well some how I have this issue again with another laptop. Anyone in club have any experience in recovering data from a drive?

Chad you can bring me the comp, and I can see what I can do. As long as its not a harddisk failure Ill should be able get out whatever you need

I can also recover your data off the hard drive and put it on a DVD or flash drive.

I have the adapter for the 2.5" drive if you'd like to borrow it...should be able to plug the laptop HD into the case and just connect to a desktop via USB for recovery.

...unless the HD failed, in which case that's more than I know how to fix
