Need help with nitrates

Without posting your numbers, really impossible to tell.
What's normal to you might not be normal. What's your salinity, calcium, alk, ph?
You said high end of chart on nitrates, not sure I saw the number?
I think to more info you can share, the more help you'll be able to get.
Have good flow in the tank as well, any dead spots allowing for buildup?
