I would center the banner but I'd have to delve into XHTML and I don't really have that much time to do it. The banner rotating add on really doesn't have a way to position the banner.
I definitely like the MACNA and MASNA stuff in the footer though. Cleans up the header. Looks nice.

Did you try the method I outlined? You should just be able to copy whatever flash code into the area.
