Pickling lime concentration

Hey all,

Looking to use pickling lime to kill off some of my yellow colony polyps. How should it be mixed? Based off directions on the bag? As thick as I can get it and still get it thought a syringe?

Personally I don't like it so thick that its hard to get it out of the syringe. I personally like it better to be a little looser than the consistency of toothpaste.
I find when its too thick its hard to control how much comes out. Be sure to turn off all your pumps too when applying it.

I also will use a small tube to siphon out the clump after I have let it sit for a little bit on what ever im trying to kill.
