So Ive always ordered my CUC directly from Reefs2Go. A couple days ago I placed a $250 order for some CUC, macros, couple star fish and some chromis. About 2 hours after placing my order they send out an email offering 10% off so I ask if I can apply this to my order since it was just placed and not set to ship yet. I was told no. So I asked about cancelling the order and was told I could do that but a refund could take 3-5 business days to post to my card and the sale would be over by then anyways.
All the orders I have placed with this company and the fact my current order wasnt even processed made me think for sure they would let me do this, and they would not.
Needless to say this will be my last order placed with Reefs2Go and I will be taking my business else where. Ive ordered live stock form mulitple other websites, petsolutions.com, liveaquaria.com, etc. and have always been able to change my order or apply discounts after the fact as long as my order hasnt shipped.
