I am new to the hobby. I am buying everything used. I am still in search of media reactors and a RODI system and a few other things but I will start there.

You may want to think twice about buying a used RODI system. Personally I wouldn’t trust any of the media from a used system. By the time you replace all the media it’s almost the price of a new system.

Ok thanks for the advice! I'm not one to not take advice for sure. I found a refurbished Rodi system from spectrapure. Any experience with a refurbished system. As far as the media reactor, any ideas on a good product for a 90g?

Spectrapure is a decent brand and if you can get a deal on a referbished one, I’d take it.

Media reactors come to fit certain needs. What do you intend on putting in it?
