2x4's are heavy and can warp. That's the problem I'm having with the 360. I would use aluminum of some sort if I could redo it.

I decided to go with https://eztube.com/. Will make a nice lip that my reflectors can sit in nice and tight, then I will attach chains to the ceiling that I can shorten as needed for new lights or to work on the tank.

The 80/20 is nice as well, just seems a bit beefier than what I need to hang 4 aluminum reflectors from the ceiling with and the added cost wasn't worth it. Plus the extube website was easier IMO
