Agenda:
1) We usually have about 1/2 hour to gather and explore the host's setup, etc.
2) Followed by Introductions and announcements (~15 minutes)
3) Then we have whatever program we are offering. (~15 -45 min)
Sometimes this is just Q&A about the host's setup, other times there is a special topic of interest.
4) Then we have a few minutes to do final raffle purchases, ask the host individual questions, etc. (~15 min)
5) Finally we have our raffle (~15 min)
6) At this point, some people stay and hang out a little more and some people start to trickle out (~30 min)

So, the total meeting time is about 2-2.5 hour with only about 1-1.5 hours of structured content.

Food/Drinks:
Sometimes our hosts have a light snack available, other times we ask people to bring snacks or drinks to share, and occasionally we will have a potluck meal. It depends on the event. Food and drink details will be in each meeting thread.

Raffle:
Some raffle prizes are donated by sponsors, but we encourage everyone to participate in our "thanks for sharing" program. What is it? Just bring one or more frags or usable piece of equipment for the raffle, and you will be entered into a special "thanks for sharing" drawing. (Usually around a $20 value prize)

Who can attend?
Everyone!!! You don't need to be a member or newbie or experienced hobbyist. Just come as you are. RSVP's in the polls in the meeting threads are encouraged to help our hosts plan, but if you find out at the last minute that you can be there, or that your cousin, aunt, uncle, brother, friends will come with you, then just show up! Most events children can attend, also, just plan on supervising them if needed as we do not have child care provided. If there are any particular concerns, they will be noted in the thread.
