    Hi,
I'm a total newbie, just starting up a tank. I have everything except an RODI unit, so for now I'm going to buy water. Where's the best place to get it close to here? Also, anyone have a thought on the best RODI unit for the money?

    Thanks!

Liquid Kingdom would be your best bet, if not from another member.

The BRS 4 or 5 stage units are both pretty good, and reasonably priced. Air, water and ice also make the typhoon series which are excellent rodi systems. I have an typhoon extreme III 5 stage 150gpd system from them and love it. In the end though the rodi units are pretty similar no matter the brand, they all have the same basic filters in them. Carbon block, sediment filter, membrane and Di resin
