wp10 vs mp40

I have been running a vortech mp40 at the lowest setting with the blue light (reef i think) on my 34g tank for 2 years now. If I was to change to a wp10 is there any issues I could face as far as coral/tank health? I really like the mp 40 but its huge and there are still some areas that have too much flow.

I switched after this post some coral are angry and some look better, can anyone suggest a setting for the wp10?

Else is reef crest mode

Else mode is a good one, gives a nice random surge, although sometimes is a bit on the strong side. W1 is also a decent setting, this one gives a nice steady wave movement, as do W2 and 3, but more gentle then the other 2.
