While fragging yesterday, I had to manhandle some polyps...nothing strange. What was strange is that it seemed like I rubbed off some pigment. Has anyone had this happen? Will it come back? Currently observing what they will do.

I've done that before with zoas...they almost look like they have a dark "bruise" from where I rubbed them. I've always seen the color come back; sometimes in a couple weeks...sometimes in a couple months.

Calling animal control for abuse. Bruising your inhabitants isn't nice.

I did this to a candy cane, rubbed all the neon off one of the heads, it came right back within a few days.
