It looks like Chaetodon citrinellus, common name Citron or Speckled Butterfly. Adults get a very speckled or dotted pattern. It's not a raccoon nor a kleini... I'm guessing it was photographed under blue lights and that the lined pattern is more pronounced and not showing as specks due to that.
