so i picked up this 8 gallon biocube for $35 and only one ballast was working so i decided to convert to LEDs. pics of the build to follow

9 cree 3w LEDs from rapidled. 6 royal blue and 3 cool white.

LEDs installed. using stock moonlight for now until the new one comes in.

rapidled has 14g biocube dimmable kit for $135+$6s&h. every easy to put together. if you know how to solder, you can put it together.
