Brownish spots on a yellow tang???

My yellow tang has a few brownish in color spots on it. Have had this fish for over a year and a half. Eats well, acts normal from what i can see. Any ideas? These spots are different in shape too. May be it's getting beat up by my big fat tomato clown??

doesn't look bacterial. Lateral Line Erosion maybe?

Hopefully someone with more experience can chime in and help you out, but that's the only thing I've seen that looks similar.

Ever since my clowns started hosting in my frogspawn, their bodies have been covered in black and brown spots. Reading on-line others had similar experiences. I wonder if your nem or other soft corals are stinging the guy as he swims around. It's harmless.
