DIY Refugium

Hi guys, I'm trying to build a refugium for my 55 gallon mixed reef. I'll buy the tank this week but need help on cutting the glass/acrylic dividers. Or do they sell those somewhere? I want to put an Eshopps S-120 protein skimmer, anyone selling?

I have a hang on acrylic wet dry with a built in skimmer that I used the center section for a fuge instead of a wet dry. It has a small in tank over flow, return and skimmer pumps. Its about 20 x 16 x 4. I probably have some lighting, heater or what ever else you need. I'd let it go for $50. I used this on a 55 fish only.
