Need a new cabinet door hinge hole cut out, where do they do this at?

It looks like a 1 1/2" inch hole cut out prob about 1/2" deep.

That hole looks like it was cut with a forstner bit. You can use it in most drills. You can buy single bits on amazon or Home Depot, but Rockler has the best selection.
A spade bit could work if the wood is thick enough, but it is probably too aggressive for what you are wanting.

Good call on the forstner bit...couldn't for the life of me remember what those were called and I def agree that'd work better :) The spade probably won't give you a flush base

I had the same problem with my cabinets. A dremel worked great. I used the sanding bit to enlarge the holes.
