All great questions that I'd be asking myself if I found one in my tank ;)

I'm still new to this, but just happened to recognize the pest. Maybe start a thread in the general section to see what to do from here, there are plenty that can help.

That being said, dipping any zoas in your tank again wouldn't hurt. I'd also look for tiny eggs on the polyps, they tend to lay them in a spiral pattern. Depending on how many you find, if any, I'd remove them just in case.
