So I just got my 4th onyx dimmable LED from rapid led. When I set it up the dimming didnt match up with my existing fixtures and looked really odd at night. I contacted them about at and they had apparently changed their dimming circuit since the batch I bought my originals from.
Now here is the testiment to their awesome support. They are sending me 3 new fixtures to replace the my existing ones and taking my old ones back. They are even sending a return label and letting me send the 3 back after I install the new ones so I dont have to go without the 3 lights for any period of time. Its not often you see this quality of customer service any more. Kudos to Rapid LED.
You might be an engineer if...You have no life, and you can PROVE it mathematically.
