hey there i am starting my sump for my 90 Gallon display and i am wondering what
router bit would be best to use on acrylic if you could help out with this that would be great pic would be helpful thank you

Are you looking for a flush cut bit? I would probably do a 3 blade Diablo from Home Depot. Should give you a good clean cut and have lots of life.

Yep, double or triple fluted bits will work just fine, but if you want the best, look into spiral fluted bits.
