I just used it on a power head covered in coraline. No more coraline lol now I think ill soak in vinager just to be sure.

CLR is acidic. I think if you're going to rinse/soak in anything other than water, it'd be more beneficial to use something like baking soda + water to neutralize any acid that may be left over. Being that vinegar is acidic as well...I think it'd have a minimal effect other than just rinsing the chemicals away...which you could just as well accomplish with some RO.

CLR or Muriatic Acid... Both work very well... Muriatic acid is a bit harder to work with... It can burn pretty good on bare skin!!
