I watched that guys entire build thread on RC. Its amazing what you can do with a nearly limitless budget. It still makes me wonder how much he really knows about the hobby. Did he learn it or does he pay people so he doesn't have to?

Either was its a pretty awesome tank!

From the video it sounded like his architect suggested it.

Your right he did not have one and had never been in the hobby. Early on in his build thread he got flamed for this pretty bad. It wasn't long before those people flaming him shut their mouths. lol
