f/s 20g long sump must go ASAP

i have a 20 gallon long tank that i converted into a sump. it has 4 dividing walls that go under/over/over/under. it has a nice big refugium with a six inch sand bed. its super established as its been running for about a year and a half with no problems. id like $100 but im getting out of the hobby this weekend so this must go so im flexible.

I have a reef octopus skimer that the pump went out and it needs a return pump but I'll throw it in to sweeten the deal
