FS: Beautiful fish! pt.2

I know these prices aren't "steals" but in hindsight, I wish I would've been patient and gotten my fish from others in the hobby. I would've paid more than even an LFS to have a fish that's been proven healthy in a display. These fish were all QT'd before they went in my display and all are extremely fat and healthy!! These guys are ready to go straight from my display into yours. Not that I don't promote doing QT, just that these are not freshly shipped in from anywhere and/or from an LFS with unknown QT procedures. There isn't an LFS out there that I know of that does QT as long as research says is necessary. Not knocking LFS's, they don't have the resources to QT fish for 30+ days on a revolving basis. So here we go...

- Moorish Idol - (SOLD)
What a spectacular fish and rare commodity. If you don't know why or how rare, do more homework. This is our absolute favorite fish and kept us going with the big tank the last few months. Almost a year of success with this guy and what a personality! ;)

- Chevron Tang - (SOLD)

- Grey Head Wrasse - (SOLD)
My better half's favorite fish, looked forever and finally saw it at Elite one day, stunning.

- Blue/Green Reef Chromis - $5 for all 3 of them w/purchase of any other fish. :)

I want these all to go to good homes of course, so please nothing smaller than a 120-180g for the Moorish and Chevron! The Chevron might be okay in something smaller for a bit if you're looking to upgrade. I will do my best to catch them in a timely manner when you make arrangements.

Not a true reef. They are "reef caution." He's been in the tank with leathers, frogspawn, a couple bam bam polyps and anemones with no issues.

He'd be fine in a 90 til then. ;)

Hmm, that Chevron would be a great center piece in my 120.

Just curious for future reference, what does your Moorish Idol eat? And how much, how often?

Evan I'm gonna pass on the chevron. I don't think it's fair that he's going to a 90 for a year or so. He needs a bigger tank.

He eats absolutely anything I put in the tank. I haven't seen him pass on anything. Krill, spirulina, brine, mysis, Elite Feast, Rod's, marine algae (frozen), nori, silversides (when I feed the nems), and any type of dry pellets!! I feed once a day when I get home and on my days off I try to feed at least twice as he's always ready to eat 24/7.

Okay, I think he'd be fine in a 90 for a year...but completely understand. I'm hoping these guys will go to good sized tanks and a 90 would be the absolute minimum and an upgrade to that would be ideal. ;)

The Chevron and Idol shouldn't go in new tanks. They both need mature and stable tanks.
