help me get out of Trouble with my wife( 140 gal tank for sale)

Hi everyone! I have about 140 gal tank that I need to part with very soon. My wife wants to hardwood my floor so I need to part with my tank. Its dimensions are 4' by 2' x 2' (the stand is also 2' tall. It has a 48" reef brite led also. It has a built in refugium that has a bio ball system. I have some fish in it also that can be sold with the tank also if not they have good home to go too. if interested pls message me and we can discuss price. View attachment 9761

If you're willing to part it out I would be interested in the reef bright strip. Maybe some fish depending on what you have.

His wife wants to do hardwood so he needs it gone asap. Shoot the man a decent offer he can't refuse.

Been over there a few times. He doesn't want the tank. Just needs to move it. He has a biocube that he would wanna out the money into. Clean tank for sure!

i need to move in my grandfathers bookcase. That is the only wall I have untill i finish my basement. I thought about putting it down there but it wouldnt get enough love down there.

If you're willing to part it out you need to list out all equipment and prices. Things might go faster that way.

Yeah normally a 4x2x2 is a 120, but I wonder if it's like my ClearForLife 60g AiO. It's a 60, but the actual front main DT part is close to the dimensions of a 55g. The other 4g or 5g is taken by the back filtration section and chambers.

Just guessing from the picture of that back section he put up, maybe that makes it close to a 140 in water volume, dunno. Unless those 4x2x2 dimensions are including that bioball section, then I'm stumped, heh.
