Hydor nano skimmer

Does anyone have any experience with this skimmer? I saw that d&g has one set up but.....

Never seen the hydor. Had a tunze 9002 in that tank, it worked well... but was pretty finicky.

I saw one a few weeks ago for the first time. Actually I saw both the large and small one. The construction looks to be good. However, despite looking at them I don't have any experience. Good luck.

I've been pleasently surprised by the one we're using at the store.

I'd compare it to a pretty nice air stone driven skimmer, but with out the air stone so it doesn't need constant replacement.

Like any internal skimmer, they will be sensitive to fluctuating water level.

They are a good option for limited space applications that may not need a big monster of a skimmer.
