Lighting for FO and QT setups

What kind of LEDs is everybody using for their FO and QT setups. I currently am using the old t8 standard lights and do not like how they are dim and don't show the fish very well, which makes it harder to inspect the fish in QT for any signs of any issues. Let me know what you use or have seen around!!

I've seen dual bulb t5s with one actinic and one daylight so you get that coralline on your rock.

you could run par38 led from home depot or lowes if your not concerned about color. Not sure what temp they carry but i'm sure ive seen them at 6400k.

I'm going to be running 1 Reef Brite strip on my tank while its a FOWLR.
