Just a reminder well want to have these done and ready to go prob by the weekend before reed stock which is march 2&3rd. Hopefully with a proof the week bride that so we have plenty of time to make changes.

Looks good. Maybe we mention some of the raffle items. What about doing a back on the flyer. That way we can spread out the info some and expand some if needed. Also what about different colors to help the speaker names and titles standout? Maybe we have date event name and sponsors on the front and speakers and raffle items on the back???

i do Ike it, just some ideas. I think we should print these on 8.5 x 5.5 size paper???

Got your email Adam. I'm taking what I have and chopping it into to different files for a front/back 8.5 x 5.5 flyer. Are you going to print these in a glossy heavy card stock? My suggestion would be to do so if your wanting that size double sided but guess it depends on the budget. I'll try to email you back when I get home tonight. Thx

OK here is the flyer from the BOD side of the forums. Please proof read for spelling errors!!!

The flyers will be 8.5" x 5.5" front and back.

Looks great!!! Exactly the format I was talking about!! Do we need to add seachem as a sponsor?

What if we change the blue on the mandarin to green so they look like a green mandarin and a red mandarin? (Splitting hairs whit that last comment). If its hard no sweat just wondering!!!

I'll see about changing the mandarin tonight but would like to print tomorrow. How many do we think we need ?

I dunno maybe 300 total flyers? So 150 8.5x 11 sheets. And pay to have them cut at the printer.

Anyone else have comments???!!

Ya 300 should be good. Do we want these on paper or thicker flyer/card stock with glossy finish?

Glossy stock sounds right. $100-200 is cost that I think is good.

Ok so just called kinkos and its crazy pricey!! $2.23 par page so 2 flyers.

Found this site and we can get 500 for $115 with 3 day business shipping.

Thoughts ?

Office Depot just quoted me around a dollar and five cents per sheet glossy,card stock and if we do more than 125 there's like a $0.20 break the price i listed includes the price break assuming we're printing more than 125 sheets
