Ok this thread is for our speakers and what has been done and nees to be done.
I spoke with Fellman at Reefstock and he will select a flight soon and send us the details to make the booking for him then we can book the room. I contacted MASNA about their stipend and should get preliminary approval soon though it might be after the flight booking. We also need to make sure we have current MASNA banner and Logo on the front page of our site.

I saw at Reefstock that he actually has a business that was there so what do people think about offering him booth space?

What is his business? Also would it be unethical to charge him a booth fee that we could otherwise possibly collect from another vendor should we be limited on space?

Cant remember the name it was I think 3 down from us past Kalini corals and I was thinking possibly instead of the honorarium just a thought is all

What is Fellman talking about?? Not aquascaping I hope. He does an awsome discussion on this but I have seen it twice!!

I say we offer this instead of honorarium if its not unethical. Would free up monies for things like tunze purchase

Well Jon told me he is going to be out of town as something came up for his work. Jake had mentioned LEDs but I'll ask him and see.

So I think we are down to two speakers.

So its my understanding that Scott will be staying with Jake while he is here. So we will def need to pay him the max per diem and honorarium. Anyone heard about Fellman's or Adam's topics yet? Also Adam have we verified if SeaChem will be at Reef Ed?

Jake has indicated he will be talking about LEDs and Juan will be attend as Seachem last I heard. I'll double check with Juan.
