Ok here is the room layout that I have come up with so far with each table being 6' and the MASC and raffle tables being by top doors.

As you can see, we have 17 tables and as of now (see thread below) we only have 10 platinum sponsors lined up. This gives us 7 booths left.

For those whom aren't sponsors or sponsorship guidelines state that it costs essentially $124 and a $25 coral donation to attend. Do we have to stay at this price you think, or can we charge more?

I would say we could charge more or talk them into becoming a platinum sposor I say we try to get world wide corals and Jason fox

Just a note for the drygood vendors and reps, ie seachem, aquamedic they dont need the table off the wall for their setups but instead would have them butted up against the wall so I would suggest taking the four spots on the left and moving them up to the wall for drygoods and then capping the middle sets in a horeshoe similar to what they had at reefstock if we need the space that is.

What are the overall room dims? I might have a go at a layout revision. If u like just email the cad file.

I have an idea that is hard to put into words but easier to show on the layout!!

Another option for room layout. Only thing I don't know is how many tables is to many tables and there isn't enough floor space for people to move around comfortably.
