Scratched glass

Does anyone know of a way to remove minor interior scratches on a tank without taking it apart?

for acrylic there is a place next to keys that sells the stuff you need to buff them out

Acrylic scratch removal kits are not good for glass. There are glass scratch removal kits out there, but repairing scratched glass is usually something for the pros. It may cost more than it's worth.
