First is with the atinics on, second has absolutely no blue lights on. I think it is a frostbite something or other but then saw the bullet hole clowns that have the inside circles. Any help would be appreciated!

Lol, probally inbreed. It has a blue shiney tint to the white and has spots inside the white. The pics on my phone look great but didn't transfer over as well to the post. What kind of clown would that make him perc or occ? I've had it since May and it seems to be getting more ornate and delveloped.
