- 2013 Meeting plan.
- Craig has meetings booked till our next BOD meetings. These can be located in the 2013 meeting plan thread.
- Reef Ed. Tentative date of July 20th (Scott is confirming date). It will be at the ranch (Scott is confirming availability). We are looking for speakings, some suggestions were Jake Adams, Gale, Joe, Sanjay, John Copliano, Julian Sprung. We will hold multiple raffles throughout the day. You will need to be present to win. Craig will be reaching out to vendor's for donations, but will be needing assistance from other's. Chad will be working on a advertising flyer. Derek will work on a facebook page for the event.
- Budget. See attached report for details. Club financials are good, we have more money than we did last year even with some spending taking place.
- Open Board positions. There is one open Member at large position which will be left open and filled during the next election.
- Vbulletin 5 Upgrade. The board has agreed this is a needed upgrade to to the expanded functionality. Derek will provide more details once the product is released for purchase.
- PAR Meter. We will require a full replacement deposit for the sensor and a milimeter to borrow the meter. Paperwork will be drafted and signed each time the meter is borrowed to agree upon use and payments if needed. The meter will cost $5 to use it for 3 days if there is a waiting list and 5 days if there is no waiting list. there will be a $5 late fee applied if the meter is kept past the due date, this will extend the due date for another 3 days.
- Screen Name Changes. This will be allowed for members only. There is a limit of 1 per year. There will be a thread created where people can request the name change to include a reason why, and changes will be documented in the original post.
- Multi-year memberships. New memberships will be changed to $25 a year. We will also offer a 3 year membership for $60.
- Reef Stock booth. 2 BOD members will need to be at the booth all time. Adam is reaching out to Jake to verify if this is being donated or if we need to pay.
- Sponsor of the month. Per the sponsor agreement, we should be doing this. We would like to create a static banner that would change out based on the sponsor of the month.
- Tank of the month. The board will choose the top 5 tanks each month and then have the membership vote on the best. This will be based off the FTS thread, or build threads.
- Post count titles. Derek will work to add "Ranks" to the system based on post count. This is purely aesthetic.
- Limit For sale adds to post count. BOD voted to not require a limit on post counts to be able to see or create for sale threads. View attachment 11011
